We provide mobile American Heart Association-Certified services across the Philadelphia
region and also offer in-person training at our primary location (address provided upon
scheduling).
Welcome to Fitspirent, LLC. By enrolling in our courses or scheduling any services, you
agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. SERVICES OFFERED
Fitspirent, LLC is a provider of American Heart Association (AHA)-certified training
including:
- Heartsaver Courses
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Courses
- First Aid Courses
- Skills Assessments for AHA Online Courses
We are insured, and operate with certified AHA BLS, PQAS-approved Instructors.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are due within 24 hours of certification issuance and/or the completion of training. Failure to submit full payment within this period will result in the revocation and/or withholding of certification cards until the outstanding balance is resolved in full. Fitspirent, LLC reserves the right to report delinquent accounts or pursue further action for non-payment.
Accepted payment methods include CashApp, Zelle, card, Cash, and Venmo.
Payment confirms your enrollment and secures materials for class.
All prices include the cost of necessary certification materials.

3. CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW POLICY

Effective immediately, a minimum deposit of $20.00 per student is required to secure registration for any class.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time will result in the forfeiture of the $20.00 deposit, which is non-refundable.

This policy helps cover the cost of materials and supplies prepared specifically for enrolled students. No exceptions will be made unless authorized in writing by Fitspirent, LLC.

Cancellations Must be made over 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

4. DISCOUNTS
Group Sizes and Discount
2–5 students - 5% discount
6–10 students - 10% discount
10+ students - 15% discount

Discount example for a First Aid CPR AED Course:
4 students x $100 = $400 – 5% = $380

7 students x $100 = $700 – 10% = $630
12 students x $100 = $1,200 – 15% = $1,020

Discounts apply to group classes or on a case-by-case basis.
5. MATERIALS PROVIDED
All necessary training and testing materials will be provided by the instructor. Students do
not need to bring any supplemental items unless otherwise instructed.
6. ONLINE COURSE REQUIREMENTS
For all online courses:
- Students must provide a valid AHA Online Completion Certificate before the skills
assessment.
- Certificates may be sent by email to fitspirent@gmail.com or brought as a physical copy.
-If you pay the full in-person fee, we will purchase all online materials for you.

In-person classes include live, hands-on supervision by a certified AHA Instructor, with
immediate feedback, personalized guidance, and access to all required materials
provided on-site to ensure a smooth and successful certification experience.
• CPR Only (In-person): $55.00
• First Aid Only (In-person): $55.00
• Pediatric First Aid and CPR AED (In-person): $100.00
• First Aid and CPR AED (In-person): $100.00

🧡 HEARTSAVER COURSES (ONLINE/HYBRID)
• Adult First Aid CPR AED – Online: $85.00 Skill Assessment Fee
Required completion of AHA Online Course Certificate (purchased separately)
• Pediatric First Aid CPR AED – Online: $85.00 Skills Assessment Fee
Required completion of AHA Online Course Certificate (purchased separately)
• CPR AED – Online: $45.00 Skill Assessment Fee
Required completion of AHA Online Course Certificate (purchased separately)
• First Aid – Online: $45.00 Skill Assessment Fee

💙 BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) COURSES
• Basic Life Support (In-Person – For Healthcare Providers):
Fee: $85.00
Includes instruction, exam, and e-card upon completion
• HeartCode BLS – Online Option:

Skills Assessment with Fitspirent: $45.00
You must submit your AHA Online Completion Certificate
7. EXAM REQUIREMENTS
Students may be required to complete a written and/or skills-based exam under instructor
supervision. E-cards are only issued upon successful completion of all requirements.
8. LIABILITY
Training involves physical activity. All participants accept responsibility for their own
safety. Fitspirent, LLC and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during
training.
9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:
- Failure to pay
- Non-compliance with policies
- Inappropriate behavior
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Fitspirent, LLC.
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
