Fitspirent LLC is an independently operated training site authorized to provide American Heart Association (AHA) certification courses including Basic Life Support (BLS), Heartsaver CPR AED, First Aid, and related healthcare and public safety training.

2. Services Offered

Fitspirent LLC provides:

  • AHA-certified BLS, CPR AED, and First Aid courses

  • Heartsaver Pediatric and Adult certification programs

  • Skills assessments for online AHA courses

  • On-site training for organizations and individuals

  • Recertification and renewal classes

All courses are taught by AHA-certified instructors in accordance with AHA guidelines.

3. Scheduling and Registration

  • Classes must be scheduled in advance through our website or by direct communication with Fitspirent LLC staff.

  • A confirmed booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

  • Class times are subject to instructor availability and may vary based on location or demand.

  • Fitspirent LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, facility issues, or weather conditions.
     

  • 4. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a class seat.

  • Accepted payment methods include CashApp, Zelle, Cash, Card, and Venmo.

  • All posted prices include standard administrative and processing costs.

  • Invoices are available upon request for group or corporate clients.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because training sessions require reserved materials and instructor time, cancellations and rescheduling must follow the guidelines below:

  • More than 24 hours before class: Full refund, minus any non-refundable processing costs.

  • Within 24 hours of class: 50% refund, minus any processing costs.

  • Less than 12 hours before class or no-shows: No refund.

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days. Processing costs or third-party payment fees are non-refundable, as these are not returned to Fitspirent LLC by the payment provider.

Fitspirent LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions as necessary. If we must cancel a session, you may choose a new date or request a full refund.

6. Attendance and Certification

  • Participants must arrive on time and complete all skills and written evaluations to earn certification.

  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be admitted to class.

  • Successful completion results in issuance of an official AHA eCard within 48 hours of class completion.

  • Replacement eCards requested after 30 days may incur a $10 fee.
     

7. Liability and Participant Responsibility

  • Training involves moderate physical activity, including chest compressions on manikins. By enrolling, participants accept responsibility for their own health and safety during training.
    Fitspirent LLC and its instructors are not liable for injuries, medical issues, or damages that may occur during or after participation.

8. Use of Personal Information

  • Fitspirent LLC collects and retains participant data solely for:

  • Certification and eCard issuance

  • AHA compliance reporting

  • Administrative and communication purposes

  • We do not sell or share participant data with third parties except as required by the American Heart Association or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, logos, and training content provided by Fitspirent LLC or the American Heart Association are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for instruction without written consent.

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • Fitspirent LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for:

  • Non-payment or payment disputes

  • Inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

  • Failure to comply with AHA or Fitspirent policies

  • No refunds will be issued if a participant is dismissed for misconduct.

11. Policy Updates and Modifications

  • Fitspirent LLC may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
