How to Claim Your AHA E-Card

You should receive an email from the AHA, titled "Claim your AHA eCard". Open up the email.

Once you've opened it, look for the "Click here to claim your eCard" link.

Once you've clicked the link, you will be redirected to an AHA page with your Name and E-mail address/phone number already pre-filled. Agree to the AHA Terms, then click "Continue".

You will be re-directed to an optional Survey. To skip the survey, just click the "Skip & Continue" button OR click "Submit" once you have filled out the survey.

Congratulations! Your eCard should be successfully claimed!

You can view different forms of your eCard via the "View" button.

Please note: it is important to save copies of your eCard to your personal devices or store them in your email for easy access.
