How to Claim Your BLS Exam Certificate

Hello! Now that you have completed the BLS exam, it is important that you also claim your certification of completion.

Please visit: https://elearning.heart.org/mycourse and scroll down until you see the BLS Online Exam

a.) Click on your completed BLS course.

Click "View Course"

b.)  You will see the "Survey" option. Please click the survey and complete it.

Complete the survey to get your certificate.

c.) Upon completing the survey, the certificate should be available for download

Send the certificate to the Instructor.

ANOTHER WAY TO CLAIM YOUR CERTIFICATE IF YOU HAVE JUST COMPLETED THE EXAM

1.) If you have just completed the exam, Click "Continue"

Click the "Continue" button

2.) Click "Exit the Exercise"

Click "Exit the Exercise"

3.) You will see the "Survey" option. Please click the survey and complete it.

4.) Upon completing the survey, the certificate should be available for download
